1. Who is the data controller

Agência Raça is the controller of the personal data processed through this website and is responsible for decisions about its processing.

Data you provide: when you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, e-mail, phone (if provided) and the content of your message.

Data collected automatically: as you browse, we may record IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, visit duration and usage data, through cookies and analytics tools.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data and we ask that you do not submit it through the forms.

3. Why we use your data and our legal basis

To respond to contacts and requests and move your inquiry forward — legal basis: preliminary procedures at your request and legitimate interest (art. 7, V and IX, LGPD).

To improve the site, measure audience and understand how it is used — legal basis: legitimate interest, always respecting your expectations and rights.

To comply with legal and regulatory obligations and exercise rights in proceedings — legal basis: compliance with legal obligation and regular exercise of rights.

To send communications, when you consent — legal basis: consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

10. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at people under 18 and we do not intentionally collect their data. If we identify undue collection, we will delete the data.
