1. Who is the data controller

Agência Raça is the controller of the personal data processed through this site and is responsible for decisions about its processing.

2. What data we collect

Data you provide: when you fill out the contact form or talk to our assistants, we collect your name, email, phone number (if provided), company, and the content of your message.

Data collected automatically: as you browse, we may record your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, pages visited, traffic source (where you came from), time on site, and usage data, through cookies, pixels, and analytics tools.

Marketing and advertising identifiers: cookie and ad-pixel identifiers, device/advertising identifiers, and data about your interaction with our ads and campaigns (clicks, views, and conversions). These are collected only with your consent.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data and we ask that you do not submit it through the forms.

3. How we use your data and on what legal basis

To respond to contacts and requests and move your inquiry forward — legal basis: steps taken at your request and legitimate interest (art. 7, V and IX, LGPD).

To improve the site, measure audience, and understand how it is used — legal basis: legitimate interest, always respecting your expectations and rights.

To run and improve our marketing and advertising — including measuring campaign performance, showing ads and remarketing on other platforms, building similar audiences, and personalizing content and ads for you — legal basis: consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

To comply with legal and regulatory obligations and to exercise rights in proceedings — legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation and the regular exercise of rights.

6. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers that support the operation of the site, always under confidentiality and security obligations, such as: hosting provider, traffic analytics tools, and email and customer relationship management (CRM) services.

Advertising and marketing partners and commercial partners, with whom we may share data to run, measure, and improve our marketing, show ads, and run remarketing — this sharing occurs with your consent and is limited to the purposes described in this Policy.

Authorities and third parties, when sharing is required by law, court order, or a competent authority, or is necessary to exercise or defend rights.

7. International transfers

Some providers and marketing partners may process data outside Brazil. In such cases, we adopt appropriate safeguards to ensure a level of protection consistent with the LGPD.

8. How long we keep your data

We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described or to comply with legal obligations. Lead contact data is kept while there is a relationship and for the applicable legal periods; afterwards, it is deleted or anonymized. Consent records are kept for as long as needed to evidence your choice.

9. How we protect your data

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration, including transmission over a secure connection (HTTPS) and access control to the admin panel.

No system is 100% secure; in the event of a relevant incident, we will act in accordance with the LGPD and notify data subjects and the ANPD where applicable.

10. Your rights as a data subject

Under art. 18 of the LGPD, you may at any time: confirm the existence of processing; access your data; correct incomplete or outdated data; request anonymization, blocking, or deletion; request portability; obtain information about sharing; and withdraw consent, including for marketing and advertising uses.

You may also file a complaint with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

11. Managing consent and preferences

When you first access the site, we show a consent banner where you decide on analytics and marketing cookies. Your choice is recorded and respected on future visits.

You can review or withdraw your decision at any time through the “Privacy preferences” link in the site footer, which reopens the banner. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

12. Children's and teenagers' privacy

This site is not directed to people under 18 and we do not intentionally collect their data. If we identify improper collection, we will delete the data.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update. We recommend reviewing it regularly.
